OPTIONS OTHER THAN ALLOWANCES ON OFFERS

Since simply putting cash to a borrower as an allowance for repairs or negotiated things, have the seller pay it toward their closing costs. If the borrower was going to pay their own closing costs, by having a seller pay what they would have given in an allowance, you're doing the same thing except a lender won't have a problem with it.
